Why do we have fundraisers? Where does the money go?

Money raised by the LJHS PTO is used to support these activities:

  • Christmas Baskets for LJHS Families
Parents and teachers work together to purchase Christmas gifts
for three LJHS students and their famiies.
  • LJHS Alumni Scholarship
A scholarship is given to a LCHS senior that was a graduate
from LJHS. An application process is completed. The student is
selected by LCHS staff.
  • Teacher and Staff Grants
Teachers and Staff benefit from the money that is raised through
the fundraisers. The Staff is able to use PTO money to purchase
needed items for the classroom.

The LJHS PTO would like to thank you for taking time to be part of your child's education. When you volunteer at school, your child will feel good about themselves and do better in school.
